Relax on the screen porch at this lakeside home in Venice Gardens and enjoy viewing the many beautiful and exotic birds that call this wildlife sanctuary home. Great Blue Herons, Egrets, Ibis and Storks love to have sardines tossed their way! Start your day with fruit you have just picked off the grapefruit, orange, lemon or lime trees in the yard.

You will be minutes away from miles of undeveloped sandy beaches, public Golf Courses and all the water activities the Gulf of Mexico has to offer. A favorite pastime is combing the beach for prehistoric shark teeth.

The quaint downtown area of the Island of Venice with its shops, restaurants, antique shops and boutiques is just a 10 minute drive. Watch the sunset and enjoy the dolphins playing by the Venice jetty.

It’s only 3 miles to I-75 which will take you, in 20 minutes, to Sarasota with its theatres, restaurants, Siesta Key and St. Armand’s Circle. Fort Myers is about an hour away, as is Tampa.

Feel right at home with the following amenities:

• Decorated in a clean simple style, with ceramic tile floors throughout.
• The master bedroom has a TV, Queen bed, and its own bath.
• The second bedroom has a Queen bed and uses the hall bath.
• There is a Queen Aerobed that may be used on the enclosed sunporch.
• The Living Room has seating for 7 and a 27” TV with DVD.
• There is a large dining table, or you may choose to relax and dine on the porch.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, should you choose to cook.
• A washer and dryer are located in the one car garage.
• Although fully air-conditioned, there is a ceiling fan in every room.
• All linens, pillows, and towels are provided.
• For beachgoers you will find chairs, umbrellas, towels, beach-bag , and a shark tooth shovel.

Property Rates

• April 2007 $ 1,000.00 per week
• May thru October $ 800.00 per week
• November and December $ 1,000.00 per week
• January thru March $ 2,500.00 per monthly rental only
• $ 7,000.00 for 3 months

50% deposit required, balance due one week before arrival. Security deposit $ 250.00 per week; $ 500.00 per month or 3 months.
